The bedrock of investigative filmmaking and undercover work is thorough research, whether it is desk or field-based. Earthsight have unique skills and experience in digging out information of relevance to social and environmental crime and injustice, including that relating to governments, companies and individuals, and including financial and trade data. We are able to draw on a range of techniques to locate and uncover information which is hidden or hard to find, and can provide assistance with analysis of large data-sets. We also have experience of carrying out international field research and monitoring in difficult third-world settings.
